(Active Cases of COVID 19 down)....The latest numbers were released by the County Public Health Department.

According to the new numbers, active cases of COVID 19 in Imperial County are down to 157. Hospitalizations remain the same, with 16 COVID patients hospitalized in the County. Five COVID patients are in Intensive Care. There is 1 ICU bed available in the county. According to the state metrics for Imperial County, new cases per day per 100,000 population are at 12.3. The adjusted case rate for tier assignment is at 11.9. The positivity rate, 7 day average is at 5.6%. The health Equity quartile positivity rate is at 5.9%. The vaccine doses administered in Imperial County  is now at 93,915. 29.17% of those have been first doses. 19.83% are fully vaccinated.
