A man reported missing in El Centro Tuesday morning was located Wednesday morning.

Rosendo Haro Villagrana was reported missing by his family early Tuesday morning. The family was passing through El Centro and experienced car trouble. They stopped at 4th and Smoketree where Haro Villagrana was last seen walking towards the 7/11 store. Haro Villagrana is verbal but unable to provide names or addresses or phone numbers due to an accident a number of years ago. The 67-year old man was located by a passerby , Fabian Dominguez , at about 6:45 a.m. Wednesday. Haro Villagrana was walking along Interstate 8 near Silsbee Road. He was not injured but tired and hungry. The El Centro Police Department thanked the public for their vigilance and helpfulness in locating the man and reuniting him with his grateful family.
