Today, Tuesday, Governor Gavin Newsom has issued a proclamation declaring March 30th as Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day. The Proclamation says as we commemorate the end of the Vietnam War, which claimed the lives of more than 58,000 US Service members, including 5,822 Californians, we pay tribute to the brave men and women who selflessly answered our nation's call
