(Ten years of litigation is over)...It was filed by San Diego County Water Authority against the Metropolitan Water District.
The litigation was filed in State Supreme Court to compel MWD to set legal rates and repay overcharges. The MWD supplies the San Diego Water Authority with water to distribute in their service area.
