(IID Board to hold a special closed session)....It will be held Wednesday afternoon.

The Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors had scheduled a special Meting for Tuesday. That meting was abruptly canceled, without explanation. The Wednesday meting will be a closed session meeting. The agenda indicates the Board will discuss existing litigation pertaining to IID vs. Riverside County. The meting will be held in Condit Auditorium beginning at 1:00 in the afternoon. If the Board takes any action during the closed session, it will be publicly announced following the meeting.
