According to the Thursday numbers, the current active cases of COVID 19 are at 818. That is 34 cases less than what was reported Wednesday. Deaths attributed to the virus remain at 551. There are currently 66 COVID 19 patients hospitalized in Imperial County, 7 less than previously reported. There are currently 2 ICU beds available in the County. New Cases per day per 100,000 population is fairly steady at 31.38. ,The positivity rate is down slightly to 24.07%, as compared to the Wednesday rate of 25.24%.
