According to the National Weather Service , after a brief break , more wet weather is coming.
An active pattern featuring a series of storm systems will bring chances for rain and much cooler temperatures over the next several days. The first storm system will move through the area Saturday and Sunday. This will be followed by a second colder storm system Monday and Tuesday. This system will bring high temperatures in mid- to upper 50’s. Chances for rain showers will be best on Monday but continue through next weekend. Rain accumulations should be generally below .25 of an inch. NES says there should be strong winds Monday through Tuesday.
