A convicted felon was arrested by El Centro Police.

Shortly before 1:00 a.m. Sunday , El Centro Police were notified that there was a man sleeping in a vehicle at a 7/11 parking lot and the engine was running. El Centro Police questioned the man , a convicted felon , and found ammunition in the vehicle. The man was arrested and booked for being a Felon in Possession of Ammunition.
