(Man caught with a machete)...It happened Monday morning.

Border Patrol agents from the Yuma Sector say they saw the man climb over the International Border Fence at the Andrade Port of Entry. The man was carrying a machete. He was also caught of the Yuma Sector's surveillance video.Port Security made the initial contact with the man. They detained him and ordered him to drop the machete. The man complied. They took the man into custody, turning him over to two Border Patrol agents who had arrived at the scene.A records check determined the man was a Mexican National and he had an active warrant from the US Marshall's for a supervised release violation. The man was taken to the Yuma Police Department. He will be returned to the Border Patrol for removal proceedings once the warrant is taken care of.
