A field interrogation of a man resulted in his arrest on an outstanding felony warrant.

El Centro Police questioned the 36-year old man at a retail store on South Imperial Avenue Thursday afternoon. After checking records it was determined that there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest charging Gross Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated as well as other charges. The warrant carries $500,000 bail. The man was booked into Imperial County Jail.
