(IID Directors to discuss policy)...The Board meets Tuesday.
They will go into puplic session at 1:00 in the afternoon. The first item on the action agenda is a possible revision to the Board Governance Manuel that pertains to Agenda Planning. On the information agenda, the Directors will discuss the validity of board action on an item at the December 1, 2020 meeting. The Directors will meet in Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro.
