The Board goes into Public Sessioin at 10:00 am. The action agenda is very short. There will be a COVID 19 update as presented by the Public Health Department, and any items pulled from the consent agenda. There will be a publi9c hearing to consider resolutions surrounding Title 9 Land Use Ordinance Revisions. The Public Hearing is scheduled for 11:00 am. The Board will also host a Community Forum relating to the Transparent Review of Unjust Transfers and Holds or TRUTH Act. There will be tresentations from the Sheriff's and Probation Departments relating to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement access to individuals. The meeting will be held at the Administration Center on Main Street in El Centro. For those attending the meeting, COVID guidelines will be strictly enforced. Social Distancing, six feet separation from any other individual and masks must be worn at all times. Cell phones and other electrical devices must be turn off upon entering the Board Chambers.
