(El Centro Welcomes new Council members)....And, they say thank you to the outgoing members.

It was a virtual meeting Thursday evening. The Council accpted the November 3rd election results. Outgoing Council members Jason Jackson and Efrain Silva were recognized. As outgoing Mayor, Silva was also presented a plaque and other presents. The 3 newly elected council members then took the oath of office. The Honorable Ruth Bermudez Montenegro swore in Martha Cardenas Singh and Sylvia Marroquin. The Honorable William D. Quan administered the oath to Edgard Garcia. The three join Council members Cheryl Viegas Walker and Tomas Oliva to form the 2021 El Centro City Council.
