(The Counting Continues)...Another Election Update was released Monday evening.

Ballots are being counted from the General Election November 3rd. The new numbers indicate the only changes have been the numbers. The Registrar of Voters Office says there are still a lot of ballots to be counted. They estimate approximately 12,000 unprocessed vote by mail and 7,000 provisional ballots remaining to be tallied. The Regfistrar's office also anticipates receiving additional vote by mail ballots that were postmarked by November 3rd, 2020 and/or deposited to outside counties. They say due to the unprecented amount of ballots, counting could take longer than previous elections. By law, they ballots must also be canvassed and certified and turned into the state by December 3rd of this year.
