(Three minor earthquakes)…They were felt in the south end. Mostly in Calexico.

The earthquakes hit Sunday afternoon. They were centered southeast of Mexicali. They were part of a swarm in that area. A magnitude 3.3 temblor was recorded at just after noon. The US Geological Survey says two other minor quakes hit at 3:31 and 3:33 that same afternoon. The largest, a magnitude 3.7, was recorded at 3:31. The other one measured 3.0 on the Richter Scale. There have been several other micro-quakes recorded in the area of Guadalupe Victoria, all a magnitude of 2 or below. No damages or injuries have been reported.
