(Behavioral Health hires a new Doctor)...He is a native of El Salvador

. Interim Director of Imperial County Behavioral Health Services, Leticia Plancarte-Garcia said they were pleased to have Dr. Henry Rafael Marquez-Castro partner with them in providing quality care to the children, youth and families of Imperial County. She said he was an excellent fit for Imperial County Behavioral Health Services because he is bilingual, demonstrate compassion and has a real interest to work with underserved populations. Dr. Marquez joined Behavioral Health in August and is working with the Department's Children's Services and Youth and Young Adult Services.
