The National Weather Service says that we should see cooler temperatures by the weekend.
Dry conditions and above normal temperatures will continue through Wednesday as high pressure remains centered over the region before moving eastward. Thursday will be the first day of the gradual cool down with high temperatures in the Yuma , Mexicali and Imperial Valleys dropping below 100 and continuing to decrease to the upper 80's to low 90's by the first of next week. Overnight lows are expected in the mid- to upper 60's. Winds will be coming out of the west. Conditions should remain dry.
