An El Centro man was reported shot Sunday evening.

Police are investigating the incident that was reported at 7:26 p.m. Sunday. The 39-year old victim was reportedly hit twice , once in the back and once in the arm.  The shooting apparently occurred in the area of 6th and El Centro Avenue. Few other details have been released. The victim was transported to El Centro Regional Medical Center for treatment.
