(Child Passenger Safety Week)...It is underway this week.

The California Highway Patroil is partnering with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to promote the special week. The CHP says vehicle crashes ware a leading cause of death for children 13 and under. California law requires all children 8 years of age and younger to be restrained in a child safety seat. During this week the CHP is offering safety seat installation assistance and inspections. Contact the local CHP office for more information.
