(Brush fire near Brawley),,,The fire was reported between Hovely and Brandt Road northwest of Brawley. 

Imperial County Fire responded to the fire. At just before 12:00 noon, the fire went to a fourth alarm. Fire personnel and equipment from though out the Imperial Valley are engaged in fighting the stubborn brush fire burning in the river bottom. Smoke and ash has covered Brawley. Firefighters have issues with water supplies in the remote area.
