That means some businesses are being allowed to reopen for business in this COVID 19 pandemic. One business that will not be reopening at the Imperial Valley Mall will be Burgers and Beer. They announced on social media that their IV Mall location will not be reopening. The Burgers and Beer IV Mall location had been open for the past 15 years. Management thanked all those who patronized the IV Mall location, saying the action will allow them to serve their customers better at the Imperial Avenue location in El Centro.
