That is how it was described by Customs and Border Protection. The tunnel was discovered after a sink hole was investigated. The tunnel ran from San Luis Arizona, across the border to a neighborhood in San Luis Rio Colorado in Mexico. The CBP says the tunnel is incomplete. The tunnel has a ventilation system, water li9nes, electrical wiring, a rail system and extensive reinforcement. It was originally discovered in July. They have not said if any arrests have been made. No narcotics were found since the tunnel was not yet operational.
