A hit & run accident at Highway 86 and Neckel Road damaged the traffic signal light at the intersection.

According to the City of Imperial , the accident damaged the electrical panel that controls the lights. The lights have been set for a four-way stop until until repairs can be made. Motorists can expect delays. The City asked that if any residents in the area might have video of the intersection they contact the Imperial Police Department.
