(Body found)…It was in the All American Canal.

Border Patrol agents found the body South of Interstate 8, west of Gordon’s Well. The County Coroner’s office was called to retrieve the body. They said it appeared the man had been in the canal 3-4 days before his body was found. The man was identified as 36 year old Cristian Guadalupe Camacho Lopez from Mexicali. It was determined the man drowned trying to swim across the canal in an attempt to enter the US illegally.
