The Imperial County Board of Education member made two motions to dismiss charges against her. Buttner is being charged with two counts of perjury, one count of filing a false declaration of candidacy and one count of grand theft. Both motions were denied. Her next court date was set for July 9th at Superior Court in El Centro.
