(Hair Salons and Barbershops can reopen in California)…The Governor made the announcement this week.

In the announcement, the Governor said the final decision was up to the local counties. For Imperial County, Dr. Stephen Munday, County Health Officer, said Hair Salons, Nail Salons and Barbershops will not b allowed to reopen. Not yet. The Governor said the final decision is regional, because every county is different, as well as different levels of COVID 19. The Governor also said the mouth covering and social distancing orders are working very well, and will not be changed at this time.
