She will eventually replace Kay Pricola as executive director of the Imperial Valley Vegetable Growers Association and the Coalition of Labor, Agriculture and Business of Imperial Valley, or COLAB. Pricola retired from the position, effective July 1, 2020, but agreed to stay on as an advisor to assist in the transition. Dill, a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Education. Her first day on the job will be May 1, 2020.
