(Special Closed Session)…It is being held this afternoon.

The meeting was called by the Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors. It is being held in Condit Auditorium, on Broadway in El Centro. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a Threat to Public Services. The discussion will include the Board, IID General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Manager of Human Services and General Counsel. If any action is taken as a result of the discussion, it will be announced in open session at the end of the closed session. The IID Board had been scheduled to meet in La Quinta Tuesday, but that meeting was canceled. The next Public Meeting of the Board will be held April 21st in El Centro.
