(Presidents Day Weekend)….It is another 3-day weekend, for many.

This Holiday is recognized by the state, federal and local governments, including the schools. It is an official holiday for the county, which means most all non-emergency departments and agencies will be closed. The Imperial Irrigation District has announced their offices will be observing the holiday.  Because the official holiday is meeting, the County Board of Supervisors will not be meeting on Tuesday. The IID Board of Directors will be meeting Tuesday, with Closed Session in the morning and open session at 1:00 in the afternoon.
