(Board of Supervisors reorganizes)…A new Board Chairman was named.

At the Tuesday Board meeting, Chairman Ryan Kelley turned the gavel over to District 2 Supervisor Luis Plancarte. District 3 Supervisor Michael Kelley was named Vice-Chairman of the Board. District 4 Supervisor Ryan Kelley was presented a plaque, recognizing him for his service as Board Chairman in 2019. He was also presented Certificates of recognition for his service to the County from representative from the offices of Congressman Juan Vargas, State Senator Ben Hueso and Assemblyman Eduardo Garcia.
