(Candidate list released)…It is for the March 3rd Primary Election.
The deadline to file was last Friday. For County Supervisor District 2, incumbent Luis Plancarte is being challenged by Claudia Marie Camarena. For County Supervisor District 3, incumbent Michael Kelley is running unopposed, as is Ryan Kelley in District 4. In the race for Imperial Irrigation District Division 2, incumbent Bruce Kuhn is being challenged by John Brooks Hamby, Dilda Dennis McFadden and Ryan Childers. In Imperial Irrigation District Division 4, incumbent Erik Ortega is being challenged by Javier Gonzalez and Joong Kim. In the US House of Representatives District 51 incumbent Juan Vargas is running for re-election. In the race for State Assembly District 56, incumbent Eduardo Garcia is being challenged by America L. Figueroa. The Imperial Unified School District will have a $30 million Bond Measure P on the Ballot. The Superior Court Judge seats 1-4, only the incumbents are running. No City Council seats will be on the March 3rd Ballot.
