Flooding was also reported on Dogwood and McCabe Roads. A Palo Verde School District Bus got stuck on Highway 78 at Milpitas Wash. It was stopped between washes, with 23 students and several adults aboard the bus. They were not in any danger, but had to wait for help to arrive.
