(Supervisors to hold two meetings this week)….This week, they will be on different days.

The Board will hold their regular weekly meeting Tuesday morning. They will go into Public Session at 10:00 am. They will discuss the IVEDC events for this fiscal year, including the 1st ever Hemp Summit to be held this week at the Imperial County Fairgrounds. They will discuss an amendment to the next budget, to include funds received for the Census 2020. The Board will consider updates to the 2020 Strategic Plan. A bid will be awarded for the Niland Public Safety Project, and as the Air Pollution Control District, and MOU related to the Desert Shores Channels Restoration Project will be considered. Wednesday the Board of Supervisors will hold a special closed session meeting to consider highering a new County Counsel.
