The US Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration has awarded $12,790,142 to 46 health centers in California to expand their oral health services capacity through new infrastructure enhancements. These investments are the first by H R S A to solely focus on oral health infrastructure and will enable H R S A funded health centers to provide new, or enhance existing, oral health services. Nationally, H R S A awarded over $85 million to 298 health centers. Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo in El Centro received an oral health award of $300,000.
