(Another Child Sex Offender Arrested)…This time in the Yuma area.

Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents found the previously deported individual in a group of other criminals who had entered the United States illegally. The three adult Mexican Nationals were arrested in the early morning hours Wednesday. They had illegally entered the Country near the Colorado River. During processing, one of the suspect was determined to be 33 year Francisco Garcia Robles, a previously deported child sex offender from Mexico. He had been convicted in 2005 of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under 14 years of age in Los Angeles. He had also been convicted of illegally re-entering the US in 2007, after being deported in 2006. He and the other two convicted criminals were being processed for immigration violations.
