(A reminder from Karen Vogel)….Vogel is the County Treasurer/Tax Collector.

The reminder is for all tax payers. The 1st installment of real property taxes will become del9inquent if not paid by 5:00 pm on December 10th. She says payments must be in her office by 5:00 pm or bear a postmark of December 10, 2018. Delinquent parcels will receive a 10% penalty effective December 11th. Vogel says property owners who have paid their taxes through impound accounts, but have recently refinanced or paid off their home loans should be aware that they may now be responsible for paying the Property tax bills themselves.
