(Homeless issue not getting any better)….In fact, numbers indicate it is getting worse.

That is not entirely bad news. Imperial Valley Continuum Care recently conducted a survey, basically a count of the Homeless residents in Imperial County. The numbers indicate an increase of almost 30 percent. The numbers will be used to determine programs to address homelessness in Imperial County and they will allow various agencies and departments in the county to pursue available grants to help pay for the projects.
