Near to slightly below normal temperatures. The National Weather Service forecasts for the first part of this week will feature near to slightly below temperatures for the Imperial Valley. However, slightly above normal temperatures will be evident the latter part of the week as drier conditions settle over the region.High temperatures should be in the 105 degree range and overnight lows in the lower 80's. There is a slight chance of showers or thunderstorms starting Friday and continuing into Labor Day Weekend.
