(Ramsay McNeal reported missing)...Yuma County Sheriff's Office received the report early Wednesday morning.

The San Diego resident was last seen Tuesday evening near the boat ramp at Mittry Lake. He is described as a Black male, approximately 6'1" tall, weighing around 260 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing brown camouflaged pants, long sleeve white shirt and water shooes He may be suffering from a mental condition. Any information about Mr. McNeal should be directed to the Yuma County Sheriffs Office.
