(The Thorn Fire started Wednesday)....Ca Fire says the fire started at around 9:30 Wednesday morning near Live Oak Springs.

The official update Thursday morning indicated the fire has burned 1,201 acres. Officials said it was just 10 percent contained. Evacuation orders have been issued for several residents in the area. More evacuation warnings have been issued. The emergency evacuation center is the Golden Acorn Casino. Interstate 8 had been blocked, but it has since reopened one lane in each direction. There are reports of a lot of smoke and motorists are cautioned to drive extremely safe through the area.
