The Supervisors Tuesday appointed the 19-member committee. Following that they established the by-laws for the committee. Basically, the committee will meet and discuss issues pertaining to Data Centers. They will make recommendations to the Supervisor. The final decision will remain with the elected Board of Supervisors.
