The El Centro City Council meets Tuesday.

The meeting will start at 3:30 p.m. with Closed Session. Council members will meet with Real Property negotiators about properties owned by El Centro Regional Medical Center as part of the transition to the Imperial Valley healthcare District. There will also be meetings with Labor Negotiators for many of the city employee bargaining units.

Open Session is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in Council Chamers at city Hall. A Public Hearing will be held to consider the approval of a rate increase for trash service. There will be discussion and any necessary action regarding the award of the Extension of Imperial Avenue from Danenberg Drive to Manuel Ortiz Avenue - Phase 3 of the project.
