(County Supervisors meet Tuesday)...They will begin the meeting by declaring June as Men's Mental Health Month.
The Board will then go into closed session where they will hold a conference with legal counsel to discuss existing and anticipated litigation. There will also be a conference with the Labor Negotiator. The Action agenda will feature several items from Human Resources. The Board will be asked to approve a Public Benefit Program Grant for the Humane Society of Imperial County in the amount of $636,000. Board Chairwoman Peggy Price and Vice-Chairwoman Martha Cardenas-Singh will request the Board adopt a resolution relating to Data Centers in Imperial County. And the Workforce and Economic Development Office will host a public hearing.
