(The Spring 2026 Hospital Safety report released)...According to the report, 4 Hospitals in California received D Safety Grades.

Two of those hospital s are in Imperial County. Both El Centro Regional and Pioneers were among the worst performers for preventing medical errors, injuries, accidents and infections. The other two hospitals on the list are Los Angeles Community Hospital and Norwalk Community Hospital. The biannual rankings are part of the Leapfrog Group's study.
