(Female prisoners escapes).....It was reported early Friday Morning.

County Sheriff's say 31 year old Alexandra Meza was arrested last Tuesday on two bench warrants for misdemeanor drug offenses. At 1 am Thursday Meza had a medical emergency and was taken by ambulance to El Centro Regional Medical Center. At 8:30 that morning it was determined the woman would be admitted to the Hospital. At that time the two  County Correctional Officers were replaced by contracted private security. At around 5 am Meza asked to go to the bathroom without the full restraints. While in the restroom, the woman apparently removed the rest of the restraints and walked out  a nearby door. She has not been seen since. County Sheriff's with the assistance of the El Centro Police Department began a search for the prisoner. Additionally a Bo On The Lookout was put out to all local agencies. Meza is described as a Hispanic female, five feet two inches tall, weighing around 115 pounds, with brown eyes and brown curly hair.. Anyone with ant information on Meza is asked to call the Imperial County Sheriff's dispatch
