(Wednesday started with the State of the Campus Address.),,,,Imperial Valley College Superintendent and President Dr. Lenoor Johnson gave the address.

He shared institutional updates and highlight the college's continued work supporting students, strengthening community partnerships and advancing workforce preparation across the region. Also speaking was Imperial Community College District Board president Erik Ortega and other IVC officials. Following the address, attendees were led to Building 3200 for the Groundbreaking ceremony, recognizing the start of construction for the new Public Safety Regional Training Center and a new Maintenance and Operations Warehouse.
