(There is a New, More powerful Opiod)....More powerful means more deadly.

The alert identifies the new Opiod as Carfentanil. They say the synthetic opiod is 100 times more potent than Fentanyl. The Sheriff's Office says it is used as a tranquilizer for large animals. It appears similar to cocaine, heroin and Fentanyl powder. It is typically white or beige in color. They say just 2 milligrams, smaller than a penny, can be fatal.
