(Murder suspect in court recently)....56 year old James Hill made a court appearance.

The appearance was to set a preliminary hearing date. Hill is suspected in the June murder of his then 34 year old girlfriend. The defendants new attorney asked the court for more time to study the details of the case. The court agreed and the preliminary hearing was reset to March 12, 2026. Hill had changed attornies in October. The victim's burnt body had been found outside the trailer she was living in at Senator's Wash.
