The National Weather Service (NWS) says noticeably cooler weather will be featured in the Imperial Valley this week.

Dry weather and locally breezy conditions will rule during the first half of the week before rain chances return Wednesday night. The forecast shows the possibility of precipitation may hang around through mext weekend. Daytime highs are expected in the upper 60's to low 70's with night time low in the low to mid-40's early in the week and then upper 40's to low 50's with the New Year.
