The City of Holtville Council reorganized this week.

Councilmember Mike Pacheco was selected to serve as Mayor for the coming year, Councilmember John Munger will be Mayor Pro-Tem. Pacheco, a life-long Holtville resident, has served on the council since 2018. Munger is Chief Executive Officer of Centinela State Prison. Outgoing Mayor Mike Goodsell was recognized for his service to the community.
